ifigosilent operates solely as an interactive live communications platform. We do not produce, direct, or create any user-generated content. All users are independent and solely responsible for the content they broadcast. As such, ifigosilent qualifies for exemptions under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 as a provider of an interactive computer service or communication network.
ifigosilent maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and the exploitation of minors. Any user found broadcasting, soliciting, or sharing content involving minors will be permanently banned. All identifying data will be preserved and reported immediately to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and appropriate law enforcement agencies.
Certain features may be offered for a fee through third-party payment processors. Fees, taxes, and availability are as shown at checkout. Paid features are subject to these Terms and any additional terms presented at purchase. Failure of a payment processor or bank is outside our control.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that matches or interactions will be safe, accurate, or suitable for you. You interact with others at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates, directors, and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim, or (b) zero if no fees applied.
